Experience:

 

Founding Partner at Noon, Patrick is the Managing Partner and responsible for managing all investments and for the Investment Committee.

Patrick has over 23 years of experience in Private Equity.

​

Between 2007 and 2020, he was a partner at Actis LLC and co-responsible for Actis' Private Equity operation in LatAm. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the global Chairman of REMCO(Remuneration Committee) and PSC (Promotion of Partners Committee).

​

From 1999 to 2007, Patrick was a partner at TMG, a Brazilian Private Equity fund. During his time there, he participated in investments in Odontoprev (dental health plan), Softway (call center), and Conductor (credit card processing).

​

From 1990 to 1998, Patrick worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Credit Lyonnais, Chase Manhattan Bank, and BankBoston.

​

Patrick is Belgian and holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Liège.
