Tereza joined Noon in April 2021. At Noon, she is the head of Legal and Compliance and a member of the ESG Committee.

Tereza has over 17 years of experience in M&A and capital markets as a lawyer.

​

She served as Director of Legal and Head of Legal M&A for Latin America at Naspers Ltd. and General Counsel of the Vórtx Group.

​

She worked for over 10 years as an M&A/corporate and capital markets lawyer at law firms Souza Mello e Torres, Uria Menendez, and Mattos Filho in Brazil and at the Paul, Weiss,

Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison office in New York.

Tereza graduated in law from the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado and holds an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.
